Met with Sunny a sales rep and then Kelly, an owner whose family has been in the jewelry business for many years. So, we agreed on a price and Kelly said, take the ring home. Have it appraised and for any reason I wasn’t satisfied, just return if for full credit. They placed a pre authorization on my cc . Bottom line, had the ring looked at by a jeweler whom I know well in Hollywood, Fl. They thought the ring was stunning and the terms very fair. Going to Shiva’s is a comforting experience and as travelers, they’re going to treat the customer as family bc they thrive on repeat business. read less

I had been thinking about upgrading my quarter carat studs, but this was totally unplanned. The salesman, Ricky was patient and so nice. All of the people working there were so gracious. He is the highlight of our vacation as he spares no expense nor effort to make us happy and we always walk away feeling we got a great deal.
He is very attentive and knowledgeable and you feel very at ease talking with him about anything, he even found us a photographer to take wedding invitation pictures.
My wife and I are going back there in September and can’t wait to see him again.
